If you are having trouble seeing, or clicking on, any menu items or buttons within the system, the problem may be related to your version of Java, or your scripting settings in Internet Explorer.

If you continue to have trouble, we suggest that you clear your browser cache & cookies, then close and re-open Internet Explorer.

Checking your version of Java
  • Open Internet Explorer
  • Click on the "Tools" menu, then select "Internet Options"

  • If you do not have a section for Java (Sun), or if your area shows a version number less than 1.5.0_02 (as shown), we suggest that you download and install the latest version.
